By accessing and using Modern Notes, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Modern Notes is a minimalist note-taking application developed as a school project. The Service allows users to create, edit, and manage notes online. While we strive to ensure the security and reliability of the Service, it is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Adam or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are granted a limited license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as a school project without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall Adam D. will be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Adam D. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your Country/State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
